HOW WE DEVELOPED THE APP
We started off with discovering what information ProCraft customers needed the most. A deep dive was taken into ProCraft's website traffic and user behavior. We also conducted interviews with customer service reps to find out what types of questions they receive the most from their customers. After all of this discovery was finished, we put together a game plan and began work.
Our team worked closely with ProCraft to make sure that the app met all of their needs. We wanted to create an app that would be user-friendly and easy to navigate. Most importantly, we wanted to make sure that the app provided value to ProCraft's customers.
The end result is an app that we're proud of and that we know ProCraft's customers will love.
